First of all thank you for attending the first meeting of the BCC. Hopefully you will be able to make a difference to the victims of the cyclone.
Unfortunately I have been unable to meet with Mr Carney today in order to set up a meeting for you. However I will try to catch him first thing in the morning so I will get a message to you some how and we will get something sorted asap.
Let’s keep our fingers crossed that we get the go ahead for your ideas. In readiness I need you to ask your parents permission to make cakes and you need to let me know about money for ingredients. Can you also be thinking of ways to advertise our eventsso we can be ready with designs.
Thank you again and keep your fingers crossed.

Do you think Mr. Carney will let us do this? Because as our religion aren’t we incouraged to be charitable?

Of course you can. We’ve already decided on what we are going to do on Friday but you are very welcome to design some posters for us and bake some cakes or biscuits ready for Fridays cake sale.
Look out for future projects too!
Glad to have you on board
